"Weight loss does not need to be the goal of every food or health related endeavour we take"
Welcome to Food Freedom Fundamentals, Messy healths first online course. This course is a self-paced course, each lesson was created to help you unpack your underlying mentality around food.
Are you sick of dieting? Sick of feeling anxious about food? Tired of not being comfortable going out to eat with your friends and loved ones? Obsessively reading food labels? Following meal plans and constantly feeling like your body, your hunger and your weight are the problem? Then this course is for you. This course was made to not only help you unlearn conditioned beliefs around food but to also help you relearn freedom around food.
Food freedom fundamentals is a tool that can help you navigate away from feeling out of control with food, to learning how to eat intentionally (this is key if you're someone who has dieted and now doesn't know how to listen to your body or intuitive eating seems confusing) and then we discuss how we can begin eating intuitively and in harmony with our body.
Maddie (the founder of Messy Health and The Messy Health online school) spent years healing her own relationship with food, studied nutrition science and food psychology and has since been working with clients to help them feel confident and in control around food, reform a peaceful relationship with their body and eat intuitively.
